About Harbor & Home

Harbor & Home is a Charleston-based pre-construction pre-construction design studio, specializing in residential remodels and additions, serving homeowners and collaborating with contractors on residential renovation and construction projects.

Every successful project begins long before construction starts.

Building or renovating a home involves hundreds of decisions that shape cost, schedule, and overall outcome—most of which happen before any work begins on site. When those early decisions lack clarity or coordination, projects are more likely to experience change orders, delays, and avoidable cost overruns.

Harbor & Home was created to bring structure and vision to that early stage.
